- The Online Shopping Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for customers by accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery or pick-up. This role involves maintaining high standards of quality and customer service while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• - Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
• - Scan, bag, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up.
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• - Communicate effectively with management about any issues or discrepancies with orders.
• - Adhere to safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
• - Assist in restocking shelves and performing other store duties as needed.
