Zusammenfassung

The Unified Judicial System (UJS) is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and provide guidance and user support for Case Management Systems (CMS) used by clerks of court and circuit staff. This statewide role focuses on training delivery, answering questions, and resolving system issues to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include designing training plans for CMS changes, assisting users daily, coordinating with Business Analysts and IT staff, and performing other duties as assigned

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Three years of work experience in a clerk of courts or court services office, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of a criminal background investigation is required.

Aufgaben

• Develops and provides training guidance and user support to clerks of court, court services officers, and circuit court administrative staff in use of Case Management Systems (CMS).
• Develops, maintains, and delivers training plans for CMS changes to keep staff up to date on procedures and capabilities.
• Provides daily assistance to users on CMS-related procedural issues and helps identify solutions.
• Assists Business Analysts and IT staff to support efficiency in court operations.
