Job summary

equivant, a leading software provider for the justice community, has opened an Implementation Specialist role in the CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. business unit. You will work with the JWorks Case Management suite to help customers nationwide optimize their court processes.

Applicants should have 2+ years in court/judicial settings, be able to travel 50%, and enjoy an autonomous, growth-oriented environment with a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 2+ years of court / judicial industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client sites and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers’ business requirements to design effective processes.
• Configure software applications to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver project deliverables (process outlines, gap analyses, functional design documents).
• Provide setup expertise for CourtView CMS and related software.
• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions.
• Lead software testing sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Advise customers on improvements and additional product offerings.
