equivant is seeking an Implementation Specialist for its CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. unit. You will work with our JWorks Case Management software to help clients nationwide enhance court case management.

The role combines on-site reviews with remote work options and offers an annual bonus and clear growth paths. We value 2+ years of court experience and familiarity with court case management software; travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in the court/judicial industry.
• Experience with court case management software preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
• On-site work with customers; remote work possible if not near a US office location.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customers’ business requirements to develop processes meeting their needs.
• Configure software applications to fit customer business needs.
• Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines and functional design documents.
• Provide subject matter expertise in setup and execution of CourtView CMS and related software.
• Deliver onsite and remote training sessions.
• Facilitate software testing sessions.
• Offer implementation and post-implementation support as needed.
• Advise customers on new services or product offerings.
• Provide feedback to product management and marketing for improvements.
• Help develop new training curricula for new products.

Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, MIS or related field
