Snohomish County Superior Court seeks an experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the Judicial Services Support team, coordinating programs and services that support court operations. This in-person role collaborates with judicial officers, staff, justice partners, community agencies, and the public at the main County campus in Everett, WA.

Formación

• Master's degree in business, public or judicial administration or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in the justice or legal system.
• 4+ years of related work experience in judicial or legal system or general management.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and manage administrative operations within the Operations Division.
• Supervise staff, contract professionals and volunteers; advise on hiring and discipline.
• Prepare reports for policy changes and coordinate system updates across departments.
