Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years paraprofessional/professional experience, including case management; enforcement of court orders; supervision, monitoring and intervention of offenders.
• Graduation from an accredited college with one year of relevant supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assign, coordinate, evaluate, review, and lead the work of a team of paraprofessional and clerical staff.
• Monitor a caseload and ensure timely processing of cases.
• Interact with judges, staff, attorneys and litigants to reduce backlog.
• Determine appropriate services for customers.
• Develop statistical reports and oversee projects.
• Identify and analyze complex problems and implement sound solutions.
• Confer with team on procedures, programs, requirements and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with statutes, court rules and policies.
• Review trial calendars and status with judges and division manager.
• Regular and predictable presence at the worksite is essential.
