The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking a Court Services Supervisor 1 to lead a paraprofessional and clerical team in the Civil Division, Monmouth Vicinage. Under supervision, you will oversee work planning, ensure accurate entry of documents, and coach staff to maintain high service standards.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule with up to two remote days and requires a bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience, including supervision. A valid NJ driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of paraprofessional and/or professional experience, including case management and supervision.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring compliance with court procedures.
• Ability to coach and mentor employees and handle performance evaluations.

• Oversee, manage, and plan the work activities of assigned team members.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of document entry into the Judiciary database.
• Conduct informal and formal staff performance evaluations.
