Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Schedule assignments to maintain adequate coverage.
  • Train staff on court rules and procedures; oversee daily tasks.
  • Verify cash drawer balances and deposits for court, warrant unit and jail.
  • Maintain daily citation reconciliation reports.
  • Scan court documents into electronic format for processing.
  • Handle public inquiries related to Municipal Court operations.
  • Prepare and review court calendars and case files for completeness.
  • Research and process warrants and issue writs as needed.
  • Ensure workloads are completed daily; reallocate staff as needed.
  • Participate in IT system updates related to Court processing.
