Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in criminal justice, human services, psychology, or related field.
• Two years' experience in the court system, paralegal work, or related area preferred.
• Four years' experience in the court system or related work may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Interview offenders and gather information for supervision decisions.
• Enter data into the designated software systems.
• Assign offenders for supervision and coordinate case transfers.
• Determine if interpreter services are required for offenders.
• Identify ADA accommodations needs for offenders as needed.
• Provide reporting instructions to offenders and agencies.
• Process intrastate and interstate transfer cases out of court.
• Work with judges, lawyers, clerks, and law enforcement in court settings.
