Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in court systems or probation/parole operations is preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and familiarity with court-related software.

Responsibilities

• Interview offenders and obtain information for probation and community service cases.
• Enter data into the appropriate software system and track case status.
• Assign offenders for supervision and determine interpreter needs.
• Identify accommodations under the ADA and provide reporting instructions.
• Process intrastate and interstate transfer cases and coordinate with court staff.
