Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Collection Agent or Supervisor strongly desired.
• Licensable in all applicable states and/or provinces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Court staff.
• Greet and assist consumers at the front counter.
• Determine actions to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion.
• Monitor all front office interactions for compliance.
• Complete staff reviews and disciplinary actions.
