Job summary

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court – Juvenile Division is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as the Court's analytics expert, driving data reporting, KPI development, and program evaluation to support grant renewals, public records requests, and operational planning.

You will design and optimize SQL queries, dashboards, and reports using Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, and create automated self‑service reporting with Tableau and Power BI for court staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of data analytics experience
• Experience with data reporting and BI
• Public sector/government experience preferred
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills
