Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of responsible administrative experience or equivalent.
• Experience using computer applications for data entry, lookup, scheduling, and updating information.
• Experience handling cash or credit card transactions and generating receipts.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases filed with the court from start to finish, including reviewing filings for accuracy and entering data into the case management system.
• Review cases and reports to ensure deadlines are met and determine workload priorities.
• Provide customer service in person, by phone, video, and in writing, and explain court policies and procedures to attorneys and litigants.
• Perform cashiering duties and assist with training new employees as needed.
