Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience.

Responsibilities

  • Public-facing representative guiding court users and ensuring processing of records and administrative tasks.
  • Assign docket numbers and enter case information into court management systems.
  • Maintain and organize court files using established filing procedures.
  • Prepare notices, orders, and court-related documents.
  • Answer calls and assist the public, attorneys, and court personnel.
  • Prepare summonses, subpoenas, warrants, and other legal documents per procedures.
  • Operate recording equipment during proceedings when assigned.
  • Collect, record, and reconcile court fees and transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of court records and sensitive information.
  • Process incoming/outgoing court documents for completeness and accuracy.
