Job summary

United States Courts in Pensacola, FL is seeking an IT professional to join the Pensacola division’s admin and operations support team. The role also serves the district-wide IT team supporting all divisional offices and will report to the Directors of Information Technology.

The incumbent will perform routine and complex IT tasks, including network administration, system standards, and security measures, with additional courtroom technology support and AV troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in IT and network administration.
• Experience in end-user IT support for judges, chambers staff, and clerk’s office staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot courtroom audio/video systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex network administration and systems duties, including developing standards and recommending infrastructure changes.
• Coordinate and implement network security measures and provide end-user IT support for court staff.
• Provide courtroom technology support and troubleshooting for audio/video systems; travel to divisional offices and occasional after-hours coverage may be required.
