Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain security in and around the courts and protect personnel and the public.
• Escort jurors during court breaks and conduct security inspections.
• Make arrests and testify; prepare reports for follow-up actions.
• Protect crime scenes, gather evidence, and coordinate on-site activities.
• Serve warrants and court orders; transport inmates when needed.
• Sequester juries when required and assist in moves of inmates.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
