equivant, a leading software provider for the justice community, has opened an Implementation Specialist role in the CourtView Justice Solutions Inc. business unit.

This role leverages the JWorks Case Management software to help courts nationwide improve case management and processes. You will work onsite with customers and may travel up to 50%; remote work is possible if not near one of our five US office locations.

Competenze

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in the court/judicial industry.
• Experience with court case management software preferred.
• Experience as a trainer with adult learning principles is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer requirements to design business processes.
• Configure software applications to meet client needs.
• Develop and deliver project deliverables such as design documents and gap analyses.
• Provide onsite and remote training sessions for customers.
• Travel to customer sites across the country (up to 50%).
• Offer post-implementation support and feedback to product teams.
