Job summary

Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One is seeking a Business Analyst II to support the court’s case management system and related applications, bridging between agencies and departments. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration, translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting software development and deployment.

Qualifications

Two (2) years of experience in business application support or business process analysis.
Bachelor of Science (required) or equivalent.
Experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Provide first-tier support for the court’s case management system and related applications.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical development.
Participate in SDLC activities including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
Create, maintain, and execute regression, functional, and user acceptance tests.
Perform data collection and analysis to support case processing statistics.
