Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, criminal justice, social or behavioral science, or related field and some experience collecting and/or entering data into spreadsheets/databases, OR four years of progressively responsible court experience with data work.
• Preference for candidates who attended Court Leadership programs or leadership institutes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a data governance model to ensure data quality and integrity across court processes.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information; prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Compile and analyze statistical data; report trends and advise on policy and procedure improvements.
• Design and lead research projects; perform statistical analysis and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate analysis of policies; plan training to ensure data integrity across court operations.
• Maintain and update court forms; provide technical assistance in recording business activity and new programs.
