Job summary

Two years of clerical or data-entry experience are required, with preference for those with legal setting exposure or strong office tech skills. High school diploma required; college training may substitute.

Qualifications

  • Preference for candidates with experience in a legal setting or mastery of office technology.
  • College training may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

  • Perform specialized clerical, administrative work with heavy data entry and case processing.
  • Manage docket entry, filings, notices, and scheduling events on court calendar.
  • Operates tools to support in-person and remote virtual hearings.
  • Provide high-speed docket entry and real-time processing for courts with high volume.
  • Respond to inquiries, assist with forms, kiosks, and court appearances.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to court rules and procedures.
