Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises' Bronco Bookstore in Pomona, CA is seeking a Course Materials Manager to oversee textbook operations, Instant Access, inventory, and vendor relations. You will collaborate with faculty, campus partners, and vendors to balance student access, inventory levels, and budget goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years of relevant work, plus strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with retail POS and inventory systems; WinPRISM a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Course Materials Programs and Instant Access catalog.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Supervise hourly staff and schedule labor.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with faculty and campus partners on course materials.
