Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a store-based coordinator to manage Follett ACCESS course materials operations. You will collect and edit textbook orders, ensuring timely digital resources and close collaboration with faculty for adoptions.

With strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in bookstore operations, you will help ensure accurate adoptions, on-time availability, and smooth billing for Follett ACCESS accounts across campus locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Bookstore operations experience is preferred.
• Follett system knowledge including Follett ACCESS and CourseTracks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders for timely availability of textbooks and digital resources.
• Collaborate with Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team and faculty for training.
• Coordinate with store management to liaise with publishers on adoptions and selections.
• Ensure materials are available on the target date and deliver a hassle-free student experience.
• Handle billing and collections for Follett ACCESS accounts with minimal supervision.
