Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and mentor 8–13 students. Couples share duties, follow a 9-on/3-off schedule, and may transition to a placed houseparent role.

Responsibilities include supervising daily life, coordinating routines, administering medications, transporting students, and leading devotions. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple requirement.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
