Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus homes, supervising about 8–13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• Two-year or longer marriage required for couples
• Must be age 27 or older for both spouses
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
