Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples live in student homes and care for a group of 8–13 students, supporting academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include supervision, routines, transportation, devotions, and coordinating activities. The position starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule, with potential placement into a steady home group.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
