Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, and supervision for 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic and personal development.

Responsibilities include supervising youth, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role for a long-term placement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Transport and accompany students to activities and devotions.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
