Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, fostering a structured family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines, administering medications, arranging activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
