Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on‑campus student homes and care for a group of 8‑13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include supervising students, managing daily routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting. The role begins with a nine‑day on, three‑day off cycle, with potential placement in a dedicated

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering in youth-focused settings.
• Willingness to be part of a two-person couple in a live‑in houseparent role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
