Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a married couple to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents. In this on‑campus role, you live in student homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

The position requires two‑person commitment, at least two years of marriage, and a licensed driver. You will maintain routines, lead devotions, drive to activities, and report on household matters. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
