Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. You’ll provide mentorship, manage daily routines, supervise wellness, and support academic, emotional, and social development.

The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement. Comprehensive benefits and relocation/training are included.

Qualifications

• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
