Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision and support for 8–13 students. Couples work as a two-person team, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.

Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, leading daily devotions, and budgeting and reporting for the household.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth is required.
• Two-year married couple status is required and both spouses must be 27+.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain driver certifications as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines, schedules, and student activities.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Coordinate driving to activities and plan developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
