Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and care for 8–13 students in a family-like home. You will supervise, mentor, and support academic, emotional and social development while managing routines and transportation.

The role offers a nine-on/three-off schedule, transition to a placed houseparent over time, and generous benefits including housing, meals, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth or students.
• Two-person, married couple role and long-term commitment.
• Must be at least 27 years old per spouse and maintain a smoke-free campus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines, schedules, and budgets for the student home.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Coordinate transportation to activities and lead developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
