Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents for a married couple to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain driver certification for student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
