Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents, a married couple, to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. The role requires two spouses, married at least two years, both age 27+, and willingness to follow a nine-on, three-off schedule, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, activity planning, devotions, chapel participation, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
