Milton Hershey School seeks dedicated Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) to reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of 8-13 students. The role begins with a nine days on / three days off schedule, then transitions to a placed houseparent role with the same students.

Marriage for at least two years and both spouses applying is required. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples is required.
• Age 27 or older per spouse requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Transport students to activities and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
