Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervising 8-13 students and guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.

This two-person role requires a married couple (at least two years), both aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, devotions, transportation, budgeting, and reporting. Training and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
