Job summary

Milton Hershey School is seeking a dedicated Flex Houseparent couple to live on-campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, daily routines, wellness checks, transportation, and facilitating activities that support academic, emotional, and social development.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and ready to commit to 9 days on duty followed by 3 days off while initially supporting multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel activities.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
