Job summary

Milton Hershey School seeks a Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to reside on campus and care for 8–13 students in a home setting. You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, and coordinate activities to support academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, administering medications, and guiding devotions and Chapel attendance. A two-person commitment with at least two years of marriage is required, with housing and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
