Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Manager for Coupa Product & Platform Services to lead strategy, governance and delivery across S2P functions. You’ll own the roadmap, drive enhancements, and manage a team of Coupa professionals, aligning with procurement, finance, AP, and risk stakeholders.

You will manage platform integrations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide production support while balancing strategic initiatives with operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, or enterprise business systems.
• 7+ years of hands-on Coupa experience, including solution design, configuration, implementation, and production support.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes including Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, and AP.
• Experience with enterprise implementations, platform enhancements, and cross-functional transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coupa product strategy, roadmap, enhancement portfolio, and long-term platform vision.
• Act as Product Owner for Coupa Source-to-Pay capabilities including Sourcing, CLM, and Invoicing.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Govern demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management for highest-value outcomes.
• Lead a team of Coupa analysts, developers, and support professionals.
• Oversee integration ownership with ZIP, PeopleSoft, Workday and other platforms.
