Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Manager, Coupa Product & Platform Services to guide strategic direction, roadmap, and governance of the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform. You will lead a team of functional analysts, configuration specialists, and support resources across sourcing, CLM, supplier management, procurement, and invoicing.

You will partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver new capabilities, optimize processes, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years supporting procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, or enterprise systems.
• 7+ years hands-on Coupa experience: design, configuration, implementation, production support.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay processes and cross-functional transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coupa product strategy, roadmap, enhancement portfolio, and long-term platform vision.
• Lead a team of Coupa analysts, developers, and support staff.
• Deliver platform enhancements, projects, releases, and production support.
• Ensure governance, risk, and compliance for the Coupa ecosystem.
• Engage with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, and Tech.
