Job summary

Northern Trust Corp is seeking a senior leader to own the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform and drive strategy, roadmap, and governance across Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, and related integrations.

You will lead a team of analysts and developers, manage priorities, and partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT to deliver enhancements, optimize processes, and ensure platform stability across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement/enterprise business systems.
• 7+ years of hands-on Coupa experience including design, configuration, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own Coupa product strategy, roadmap, and integration governance.
• Lead a team of Coupa analysts, developers, and support professionals.
• Deliver platform enhancements, projects, releases, and production support.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and maximize platform value.
