Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Raleigh, NC seeks a Product Management Leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise S2P and CLM solutions. You will lead Agile teams, define product vision, and partner with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable procurement and contracting capabilities.

The role requires deep Coupa experience and a track record in Source-to-Pay processes, contracts management, and product ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in Information Technology or Business System management or specific systems to be supported (or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience)
• Experience with Coupa and Source-to-Pay platforms is highly preferred
• Experience as Product Manager/Product Owner and in agile delivery methods

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Procure-to-Pay and CLM capabilities.
• Lead a team responsible for design, configuration, reporting, testing, implementation and upgrades of the supported systems.
• Manage performance, training and development of assigned staff.
• Lead change management and training for business users and associates as needed
