Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Manager for Coupa Product & Platform Services to drive strategy, governance, and design for the Coupa Source-to-Pay platform. You will lead a team of analysts and support staff, delivering enhancements, integrations, and ongoing improvements.

The role partners with Procurement, Finance, AP, Legal, Risk, Technology, and business stakeholders to optimize processes, improve user experience, and maximize platform value while balancing regulatory and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, information systems, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 10+ years supporting procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, or enterprise business systems.
• 7+ years hands-on Coupa experience including design, configuration, implementation and production support.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes (Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, AP).
• Experience managing application support teams, delivery teams, and vendor resources.

Responsibilities

• Own Coupa product strategy, roadmap, enhancement portfolio, and long-term platform vision.
• Act as Product Owner for Coupa capabilities including Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, and Reporting.
• Pair with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Govern demand intake, prioritization, and backlog management for high-value outcomes.
• Oversee Coupa-related integrations with ZIP, PeopleSoft, CRA, Workday, and other platforms.
• Lead and grow a team of Coupa analysts, developers, and support professionals.
