Eurofins USA is seeking a Coupa Administrator to partner with Procurement, AP, and stakeholders to optimize procurement processes and automate workflow using Coupa.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ purchasing experience, strong P2P knowledge, and experience with Coupa, JDE/Oracle, and Ariba. Office suite proficiency and data analysis skills are essential for success.

Position is full-time in Lancaster, PA, with a typical 8–5 schedule and potential additional hours as workload requires.

Competenze

• College diploma or university degree in MIS, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional level purchasing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work under pressure with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work variable hourly demands and extra hours as needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Business Stakeholders to document requirements and propose process solutions in Coupa.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging Coupa features.
• Stay up-to-date on new features, upgrades and version releases.
• Research, design, develop, test, and deploy Coupa features and enhancements.
• Maintain and update Master Data taxonomy and expand Coupa usage across the company.
