Job summary

Forgent Power Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst – Coupa to own and guide the Coupa procure-to-pay platform across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with Finance and Procurement to prioritize enhancements, manage deployments, and drive data integrity and compliance from requisition through payment. The role requires deep Coupa expertise, strong operational know-how, and the ability to scale Coupa to support new locations and higher transaction volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years administering or supporting enterprise P2P platforms; at least 3 years as a Coupa admin/analyst.
• Experience leading system implementations, module rollouts, or major enhancements from requirements through deployment.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
• Advanced experience configuring approval chains, user roles, and integrations in Coupa.
• Strong Excel skills and experience building system reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Coupa platform roadmap in partnership with Finance and Procurement leadership.
• Serve as the primary technical contact with Coupa and manage relationships and escalations.
• Establish and enforce platform governance standards and change prioritization.
• Lead Coupa-related projects end to end, including site onboarding and deployments.
• Lead supplier enablement onto the Coupa Supplier Portal and data quality initiatives.
• Own monitoring and support of integrations between Coupa and ERP and related systems.
