Job summary

Juno Search Partners, LLC is assisting a leading organization in Horsham, PA to fill a Lead Coupa Business Analyst / System Administrator role that owns the Coupa Spend Management platform. You will drive procurement process improvements and system performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct Coupa administration experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience configuring Coupa workflows, approvals, and user access.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain platform performance.
• Experience partnering with Procurement, Finance, IT and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and SME for the Coupa Spend Management platform.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Coupa functionality across P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, Core Sourcing.
• Manage system configurations, approvals, user permissions, security roles, catalogs, and purchasing policies.
• Troubleshoot issues, support end users, and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT to gather requirements and implement improvements.
• Support Coupa integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP and other apps.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, UAT, and deployment of new features.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and training materials to boost adoption.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and improve spend visibility.
