Job summary

METRIX IT SOLUTIONS INC seeks a Coupa Administrator to own the Source-to-Pay platform, govern configurations, and uphold platform integrity. You will work with Finance and Supply Chain Technology Managers and SAP leads to translate business needs into clean Coupa setups.

The role focuses on SOX-aligned controls, approval workflows, supplier onboarding, and ongoing release management to keep Coupa aligned with enterprise architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Coupa administration or implementation experience.
• 5+ years in Source-to-Pay, procurement, or finance technology.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in SOX environments.

Responsibilities

• Own platform ownership and configuration of Coupa.
• Design approval workflows, delegation, spend controls, and supplier onboarding.
• Maintain audit readiness, SOX alignment, and SoD controls.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain Technology Managers and SAP leads.
• Coordinate integration with SAP and enterprise systems, including POs, invoices, payments.
• Lead release management and lifecycle ownership for Coupa monthly releases.
