State-of-West-Virgini is seeking a Transportation County Supply Specialist to manage ordering, receiving and recording of materials at the Ohio and Wetzel County Maintenance Headquarters. The role involves storing equipment, processing purchases with the State P-Card, and maintaining accurate invoices and requisitions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least four years of clerical warehousing experience or related business operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid clerical experience in storeroom/warehouse operations or related business operations such as bookkeeping, accounting, timekeeping, and purchasing.

Mansioni

• Order, receive, record, store materials and equipment.
• Locate and order supplies and equipment as requested.
• File, update, and retrieve invoices, receipts, requisitions, transfers, and other information.
• Issue materials and/or equipment as needed.
• Process purchases using the State P-Card; verify purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze inventory printouts with receipts, reports and files.
