The State of West Virginia is seeking a Transportation County Supply Specialist to assist in ordering, receiving, recording, and storing materials and equipment. The role includes locating supplies, processing invoices, and issuing items, with purchases made using the State P-Card.

Candidates should have strong clerical and inventory experience, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Four years of full-time or equivalent part-time clerical experience in storeroom or warehouse operations, or related bookkeeping, timekeeping, and purchasing.
• Substitution: coursework from college or vocational training may substitute for four years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Order, receive, record, store materials and equipment as requested.
• Locate and order supplies and equipment; file and retrieve invoices, receipts, requisitions, and transfers.
• Issue materials and/or equipment as needed; make purchases using the State P-Card.
• Check purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
• Analyze computer inventory printouts with receipts, reports and files.
