Job summary

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established, multi-regulated broker founded in Australia, and we are seeking a Country Manager – Philippines to lead and grow our operations in the Korean market.

You will own the Philippines market, develop strategic plans, build partnerships with affiliates and stakeholders, oversee onboarding and client engagement, monitor market trends and regulatory changes, and represent FP Markets at industry events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FX/CFD and online trading industry (Philippines region preferred).
• 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management.
• Fluent in Filipino with good English proficiency.
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Philippines market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow client base, revenue, and brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Philippines.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing, and partnerships.
• Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights to senior management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive success.
• Represent FP Markets in Philippines at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Country Manager – Philippines to lead and grow our operations in the Korean market.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the Philippines market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Philippines
• Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success
• Represent FP Markets in Philippines at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably for Philippines region)
• 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management
• Fluent in Filipino with good English proficiency
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
